耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷治疗22例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢早衰临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷治疗腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢早衰的可行性和临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2-5月本院收治的44例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢早衰患者为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各22例，治疗组给予耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷治疗，对照组给予激素治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组治疗前FSH、E2、LH水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组治疗后FSH、LH水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组治疗后E2水平、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷可增强卵巢的自稳状态，促进术后造血机能，增殖分化，调节卵巢功能，改善卵巢早衰患者临床症状，效果明显，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 耳穴位； 双柏散； 卵巢囊肿剥除术； 卵巢早衰 　　Clinical Research on Auricular Acupoint Sticking Combining Shuangbo Pulvis Hot Compress in Treatment of 22 Patients with Postoperative Ovarian Premature Aging Undergoing Laparoscope Oophorocystectomy/CHENG Xi-jian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：129-131 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the feasibility of auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress treating patients with postoperative ovarian premature aging undergoing laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.Method：Forty-four patients with premature ovarian failure after laparoscopic oophorocystectomy admitted by the Hospital from February 2014 to May 2014 were selected as research subjects，who were divided into the treatment group （22 cases，subject to auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress）and control group （22 cases，subject to hormonotherapy）.The efficacy of two groups were compared.Result：The comparisons differences in levels of FSH，E2 and LH hormone in two groups before treatment was not statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The levels FSH and LH hormone levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The level of E2 hormone and total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The auricular acupoint sticking and combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress can strengthen the self-stability state of o
