The result of Macao indoor artistic cycling is brilliant while the Macao government and Macao cycling association fully support this sport. However, the shortage of training potential people of indoor artistic cycling is big problem. This article would discuss the possibility of continued development of indoor artistic cycling according to systematic review, interviewing with experts, questionnaires and some other methods. This artistic shows some of the conclusions that affect the training program for the potential peopleand the situation of Macau indoor artistic cycling: The total number of artistic cycling athletes in Macao and the number of members registered in the Macao Cycling Association is not bad so far. However, there is a shortage of young talented people when most of experienced athletes retired. The advantage of the athletes of indoor artistic cycling in Macao is the fully support from Macao Sport Development Board and Macao Cycling Association. The highly involvement of the athletes and their parents is not only in the practicing, but also in competitions. Moreover, the athletes would enroll in continued education to improve their theory of sport that can help the younger ones to improve the result in competitions. The main problem is all the resource would give in the best athletes and neglect those new and young athletes. Also, the low salary for the coach, lack of equipment and places for training. There are some of the suggestions according to the problems given above: 1.Changing the training environment by imitating from Hong Kong.
