腹腔镜下两种宫颈癌根治术式对患者术后生活质量影响比较 　　[摘要] 目的 比较腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术（Laparoscopic nerve sparing radical hysterectomy，LNSRH）与腹腔镜下广泛性子宫切除术（Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy，LRH）??患者术后生活质量的影响。方法 选择2014年3月～2015年11月本院收治的20例宫颈癌患者，采用随机法将20例宫颈癌患者随机分成对照组和观察组，各10例，对照组患者实施常规腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除术，观察组患者实施腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经的广泛性子宫切除术，对比两组患者的拔除尿管的平均时间及性功能障碍发生率。 结果 观察组拔除尿管的平均时间（11.50±2.838）d，对照组拔除尿管的平均时间（19.20±7.714）d，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 LNSRH可缩短术后留置尿管时间，但对术后性生活质量的提高不明显。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；盆腔自主神经；宫颈癌；生活质量；性功能 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）34-0062-04 　　Comparison of the effects of two types of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer on patients postoperative quality of life 　　SHUAI Miao WANG Chunlan ZHU Tao FU Liying ZHANG Wanping 　　Department of Gynecology， Zhejiang Cancer Hospital， Hangzhou 310022， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic nerve sparing radical hysterectomy （LNSRH） and laparoscopic radical hysterectomy（LRH） on patients postoperative quality of life. The average time of removal of urinary catheter and the incidence rate of sexual dysfunction were compared between the two groups. Results The average time of removal of urinary catheter in the observation group was（11.50±2.838） days， and the average time of removal of urinary catheter in the control group was（19.20±7.714 ）days， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion This study shows that LNSRH can shorten the time of postoperative indwelling catheter， but the improvement of postoperative sexual life treatment is not
