哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract Combined with the cases of North Buzachi project，the thesis do some research on the main problems and provide with proposals for solving these problems in governance. Firstly， in order to solve the laziness and over-controlling for project manager，the thesis puts forward to set up the stimulating mechanism from different aspects，for example，economy benefits，authority and status，and enterprise culture. Then，the thesis discusses how to establish the constraint mechanism for the misusing of authority and embezzling the treasure of investor and initiator for the project manager. The internal and external prestige mechanism and the constraint mechanism for project managers are discussed. Finally，based on the analysis of quality requirement of project manager，the thesis proposes to build reasonable selection and train mechanism to settle the no worth his salt for project manager. In the process of the methods discussion，the cases of North Buzachi project are analyzed to illustrate the application of the methods. The thesis also mentions that the stimulating mechanism，the constraint mechanism，and the selection and train mechanism are not isolate. We should integrate them to solve the problems in governance of project management very well.
