股骨近端万向锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端万向锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取股骨粗隆间骨折患者60例，分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组采用股骨近端万向锁定钢板治疗，对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗，比较两组患者的治疗情况及骨折愈合情况。 结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、引流量及骨折愈合时间与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的优良率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的76.67%（P＜0.05）；观察组发生感染、疼痛、螺钉松动及髋内翻的例数明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 股骨近端万向锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折，手术操作简单，治疗效果好，且具有较高的安全性，可以有效减少术后并发症。 　　[关键词] 股骨粗隆间骨折；万向锁定钢板；内固定 　　[中图分类号] R683.42[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）04（c）-0191-03 　　 　　Clinical analysis of the efficacy of proximal femoral locking plate universal treatment of intertrochanteric fractures 　　KUANG Jia-shou 　　Orthopedics Department,Tanzhou Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province,Zhongshan 528467,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of proximal femoral locking plate universal treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 60 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The observation group was used universal proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment while the control group was treated with dynamic hip screw treatment.Then,the treatments and healings of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time,blood loss and flow rate and fracture healing time in observation group of patients compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).The excellent rate in observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than the 76.67% in the control group (P0.05).The infection,pain,screw loosening and hip varus cases complications in observation group was less than that of control group respectively (P0.05).
