股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 评价股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年3月～2013年4月本院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例，随机分为两组，其中观察组41例，使用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板进行治疗，对照组37例，使用动力髋螺钉进行治疗，观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、功能恢复情况与术后并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术效果好，手术对患者负荷较小，值得临床予以推广。 　　[关键词] 股骨粗隆间骨折；股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板；动力髋螺钉；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R274.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0038-03 　　Effect analysis of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture 　　WEN Shu-lin LIU Fei ZHONG Jin LI Zu-yi 　　Department of Surgery，People′s Hospital of Yifeng County in Jiangxi Province，Yifeng 336300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 78 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who were admitted into our hospital from March 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly allocated to the two groups.41 patients in the observation group received the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures，and 37 patients in the control group received the treatment of dynamic hip screw.Surgical time，the amount of bleeding during the surgery，postoperative drainage volume，fracture healing time，recovery of function and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There was a statistical difference of surgical time，the amount of bleeding during surgery，postoperative drainage volume，fracture healing time of the two groups （P0.05）.
