补肾益心片改善原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗临床研究 　　摘要：目的：探究原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗应用补肾益心片治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院2011年1月～2013年1月接待的62例原发性高血压并胰岛素抵抗患者作为研究对象，随机均分为研究组与对照组，两组患者皆给予了相同的基础用药，不同之处在于研究组加用了补肾益心片。对两组患者分别治疗三周后，观察、测定两组患者在治疗前后的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素值、血尿酸（BUA）及血脂的变化，并采用统计学分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者在治疗前后空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素值、血尿酸（BUA）及血脂等都有所改善，但是研究组更为明显，对照组在某些方面几乎没有改善；研究组患者在治疗后空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素敏感指数、BUA及血脂等方面的改善要明显优于对照组患者，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于原发性高血压并胰岛素抵抗患者，在基础用药上给予补肾益心片治疗，能够有效改善患者胰岛素的敏感指数，从而使得胰岛素的抵抗得以降低。 　　关键词：原发性高血压；胰岛素抵抗；补肾益心片；临床效果 　　Invigorating the heart piece of clinical studies to improve insulin resistance in patients with essential hypertension （eh） 　　Liu XiaoyanXu Liang 　　Abstract：Objective： to explore the insulin resistance in patients with essential hypertension （eh） application of invigorating the heart piece of the clinical effect of treatment.
