Tne Tne Study of Sport Injuries of Track and Field in Sport Traditional Game School ofBeijing Abstract:Track and Field iS the mother of sport.The athletic level in Track and Field of China iS low relatively.Many researchers often concentrate on the athlete and the student in the constitute of P.E in their study, and less on the sport school of traditional game.ThiS study is about the sport injuries of the youth athlete in Track and Field.The author want to find the reason of the athlete’S injuries rate,distributed characteristic and injuries situation in training and contest,and injuries influence factor,and putting forward the proposal for reference to the athlete’S training and the prevention work of injuries. The conclusion of the study iS:Firstly,There are many common damage types about the athlete according to the different majoring game.The COmlllOn damage to the special athlete of running iS the Unit after the injuries of the muscle groups and shinbone fatigue sexual Gumoyan:to the athlete of jumping iS.Knee joint and ankle joint injuries:to the athlete of throwing iS Jianguanjie and elbow injuries.Secondly,The reason for injuries to athletes of running iS more volume or intensity of training too much,warming—up exercise inadequate and incorrect technical moves: to athlete of jumping is warming—up exercise inadequate, i ncorrect technical moves and Body constitution failS to meet requirements for training:to athlete of throwing iS warming—up exercise inadequate and incorrect technical moves.In addition,injuries among every special athlete often meet when not training. The suggestion iS:Firstly,coaches and athletes should a11 pay attention to the warming—up exercise and exercise relaxing on theory and training actuallY.Ether to avoid acute damage because of insufficient warming—up or to avoid chronic damage because of tire accumulatly.(Mostly the locality),Secondly.Pay attention to and strengthen the general body excise,especially strengthen the weak,sma
