北京体育大学武术选修课教学内容改革的调查与分析 北京体育大学武术选修课教学内容改革的调查与分析 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Before the second decade of this century begins, the course contents of martial arts which has at least one hundred years in our country have got into the trouble that teenager students favor the imported things like taekwondo and keep distance from our traditional martial arts. Thus, to improve the course contents of martial arts in sports colleges, how to get rid of this trouble comes first. In order to meet students’ needs, teaching contents of martial arts tend to be shorter, more focused and easier to learn. The aim of doing so mainly focuses on highlighting the application hacking and defence and fostering national spirits, and the practicing ways develop from practicing individually to combining the individual practice with sparring. Series of documents are formulated to facilitate the reformation of the course contents of martial arts in the colleges. Besides, some experts and scholars spare no efforts to promote the innovation of martial art teaching contents. For example, Beijing Sport University first proposed the guiding principle “extruding school, optimizing routine, emphasizing the application, promoting culture”. However, because of the restriction of the teachable sites and teaching hours, problems of the contents of both general selective courses and optional courses like students can’t master well for the cudgel play courses are too long or the training sites are too small comes about. For that reason, this study tries to do some necessary innovation the present contents of general selective and optional courses, which is premise with sticking to the guiding principle “extruding school, optimizing routine, emphasizing the application, promoting culture”.
