视可尼喉镜在困难气道中应用临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨视可尼喉镜在困难气道患者气管插管中的应用效果。 方法 以本院收治的106例困难气道患者为研究对象，将其随机分成两组，观察组（53例）视可尼喉镜辅助气管插管，对照组（53例）普通喉镜辅助气管插管，比较两种喉镜的使用效果。 结果 观察组气管插管一次成功率为98.1%，气管插管时间为（34.2±9.2）s，对照组气管插管一次成功率为81.1%，气管插管时间为（46.8±11.6）s，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为1.9%，对照组并发症发生率为13.2%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 视可尼喉镜缩短困难气道患者气管插管时间，提高一次成功率，减少并发症，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 视可尼喉镜；困难气道；气管插管 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2016）20-97-03 　　Clinical research of McCoy laryngoscope in application of difficult airway 　　HE Jingpei SU Chunyan CHEN Hailin CHEN Lingkun ZHANG Chanjuan 　　SU Wei ZOU Zhenfei 　　Department of Anesthesia， Maoming Peoples Hospital， Maoming 525000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of McCoy laryngoscope in the difficult airway patients with tracheal intubation. Methods 106 cases of difficult airway patients were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group （53 cases） was treated with auxiliary endotracheal intubation of McCoy laryngoscope， and the control group （53 cases） was treated with that of ordinary laryngoscope. Using effects of two kinds of laryngoscopes were compared. Results In observation group， endotracheal intubation success rate was 98.1%， endotracheal intubation time was （34.2±9.2） s. In the control group， tracheal intubation success rate was 81.1%， endotracheal intubation time was （46.8±11.6） s. There was statistically significant difference between two groups （P0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 1.9%， and the control group was 13.2%. Differences between groups were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion McCoy laryngoscope can shorten tracheal intubation timeindifficult airway patients， improve one-time success rate， and reduce the complications.
