Through investigating the present situation of the reserve talents cultivation canoeing in Beijing City, the conclusions are as follows: reserve personnel training of Beijing city in accordance with the canoeing sports grade athletes, three first tier and second tier line players are different, with different training modes for athletes, the combination of theory and practice, more conducive to sustainable development of athletes.
