Due to student’s intention for employment, we want to understand the impact of the employment intention and related learning, living related content and grade difference. Based on the education of students as the research object, mainly adopts questionnaire allocation method and factor analysis method of mathematical statistics, draw the following conclusions: Influence of education college students employment will mainly has seven factors: special factors, employment training factor, school support factor, school foundation factor, practitioners, family factor, and policy expectation factor. Specialty is one of the factors to influence the employment intention of education department students, nearly 75% of the students think that special selection procedure is reasonable; When their special selection result is more satisfied at the same time, their have own special development prospects optimistic attitude. Old age group for special level self assessment than the new group, and that there is a need for more playing opportunities Respondents to the employment training very identity, the surveyor can get the whole interview skills training, employment information and broadening the teaching organization and training content of popular, but there are differences in grades. Old age group on interview skills are most concerned and the new group of teaching the most attention.
