中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 近年来，随着计算机技术和工业信息化的飞速发展，工业软件也迎来了重大 的发展机遇，越来越多的工业软件在企业中开始扮演着重要角色。软件维护作为 软件生命周期中的重要一环，是维持软件正常运行的有力保障。工业软件的软件 维护也越来越引发人们的重视。目前人们更多的是对广义的软件维护进行研究， 并没有针对定制开发的工业软件进行探讨。同时，人们关于工业软件维护的研究 方向更倾向于理论和模型方面，缺乏对于软件维护流程与维护实际工作相结合的 研究。 本文正是从这点出发，先对工业软件维护方法进行研究，包括软件维护的概 念、软件维护模型、软件维护流程等方面。对这些已有的理论知识进行分析和总 结，并结合实际定制开发软件的维护项目，归纳总结出一套适用于定制开发工业 软件的规范化维护流程。接着对工业软件维护的关键技术，包括软件维护需求分 析和分类、软件维护设计和软件维护测试等方面进行研究。本文选用层次分析法 确定维护需求重要度，从而实现软件维护需求优先级的建立。基于企业维护实例 进行分析和归纳，将软件维护需求总结为五种需求。最后结合维护实例，从代码 实现、版本控制、日志管理、测试实现和缺陷管理这五方面分析和研究了气门 CAPP 软件维护实现的方法。 基于上述工业软件维护原理和维护流程，工业软件维护的关键技术及维护实 现方法的理论研究，成功应用于气门 CAPP 与工艺管理系统的实际维护工作中， 规范了维护流程，提高了维护效率，保障了软件系统的正常使用，取得了良好效 果。 关键词：软件维护，维护流程，CAPP 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT In recent years, Industrial Software has developed quickly with the high speed developing of Computer Technology and Industry Informatization. The Industrial Software has played an important role in the industrial enterprises. The software maintenance makes the software running in a normal form, which is an important part in the software life cycle. Nowadays the maintenance of industrial software has caught peoples attention. But the most people just make a research on the all software, not on the customization of industrial software. At the same time, the research on software maintenance tends to theories and models. There is almost no people study about how to combine the maintenance process with the actual work. This article is based on this purpose. First, this article makes a research on the method of industrial software?s maintenance，including the notion and model and process of software maintenance. Under analyzing the notion and summarizing the actual work, it is concluded a standardized maintenance process which applies to the customization of industrial software.
