路径化健康教育对肺癌患者负性情绪和生活质量影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨路径化健康教育对肺癌患者?性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年12月～2016年12月我院诊治的肺癌患者64例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组患者32例实施传统健康教育，观察组患者32例实施路径化健康教育。比较两组患者负性情绪、生活质量、护理效果。结果 健康教育后，两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均较健康教育前降低，且观察组患者SAS评分[（36.5±2.7）分]、SDS评分[（30.2±1.6）分]低于对照组[（46.2±3.9）分、（36.1±2.8）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者心理功能评分、躯体功能评分、角色功能评分、认知功能评分、社会功能评分均较健康教育前增加，且观察组患者心理功能评分[（61.3±4.2）分]、躯体功能评分[（51.6±4.7）分]、角色功能评分[（63.9±3.1）分]、认知功能评分[（68.5±3.0）分]、社会功能评分[（64.3±2.7）分]、健康教育达标率（93.8%）、治疗依从性（90.6%）、护理满意度（96.9%）均高于对照组[（50.2±3.4）分、（43.8±3.6）分、（54.6±3.8）分、（57.9±4.2）分、（55.7±3.5）分、56.2%、62.5%、80.0%]，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 路径化健康教育可改善肺癌患者的负性情绪，提高其生活质量，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词]路径化健康教育；肺癌；负性情绪；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0162-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate influence of path based health education on negative emotions and life quality in patients with lung cancer.Methods 64 patients with lung cancer were selected in hospital from December 2015 to December 2016，who were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients received traditional health education as control group，32 patients received path based health education as observation group.Negative emotion，life quality，nursing effect were compared between two groups.Results After health education，SAS score and SDS score in two groups was decreased compared with before health education，and SAS score [（36.5±2.7） points]，SDS score [（30.2±1.6） points] in observation group were lower than those of the control group [（46.2±3.9），（36.1±2.8） points]，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）；psychological function score，physical function score，role function score，cognitive function score，social function score increased in two groups，psychological function score [（61.3±4.2） points]，physical function score [（51.6±4.7） points]，role function score [（63.9±3.1） points]，cognitive function score [（68.5±3.0） points]，social function score [（64.3±2.7） points]，health education compliance rate （93.8%），treatment compliance （90.6%），nursin
