跌倒风险分级护理在老年内科住院患者防跌倒管理中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：分析老年内科住院患者防跌倒管理中应用跌倒风险分级护理的效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2013年7月-2014年4月收治的120例老年内科住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例，两组均接受常规内科护理，仅观察组加用跌倒风险分级护理，分析两组住院期间跌倒事件的发生情况，同时调查患者对护理服务的满意情况。结果：对照组住院期间跌倒6例（10.00%），观察组住院期间跌倒2例（3.33%），观察组的跌倒率低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为73.33%（44/60），高于对照组的43.33%（26/60），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：老年内科住院患者防跌倒管理中应用跌倒风险分级护理的效果较好，可降低跌倒率，同时有助于提供护理效果。 　　【关键词】 内科； 老年住院患者； 防跌倒管理； 分级护理 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）5-0091-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application effect of fall risk classification nursing in the prevention and management of elderly inpatients.Method：From July 2013 to April 2014，120 elderly inpatients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，60 cases in each group.Both groups were received routine nursing in the Department of internal medicine，while the observation group was treated with additional falls risk classification nursing.The incidence rate of falls in the two groups during hospitalization was analyzed，and the satisfaction of patients to nursing service was also investigated.Result：During hospitalization，6 cases（10.00%） fell in the control group and 2 cases（3.33%） fell in the observation group.The fall rate of the observation group was lower than the control group（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 73.33%（44/60），which was higher than 43.33%（26/60） of the control group，there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of the application of falls risk classification in the prevention and management of elderly patients in Department of internal medicine is better，which can reduce the rate of fall and help to provide nursing effect. 　　【Key words】 Department of internal medicine； Elderly hospitalized patients； Fall prevention management； Nursing care 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Haixi，Delingha 817000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.5.048 　　随着我国老龄化的加快，老年住院患者人数增多，且如何保证其住院期间的安全问题已成为医护人员的工作焦点。跌倒在老年住院患者中高发，严
