超声骨刀在颌骨囊肿手术中临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨超声骨刀在颌骨囊肿手术中的临床应用效果。方法：选择62例颌骨囊肿患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例，其中观察组给予超声骨刀术式治疗，对照组给予传统骨机械手术治疗，对比两组手术情况及临床疗效。结果：观察组术中出血量为（71.35±2.71）ml显著低于对照组的（97.58±3.84）ml，观察组术后24 h各疼痛分级的程度明显低于对照组，观察组术后并发症发生率0，显著低于对照组的25.8%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：与传统骨机械术式相比，超声骨刀术式临床应用中不仅创伤小、安全性高，而且术后并发症低，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 颌骨囊肿； 摘除术； 超声骨刀 　　中图分类号 R739.82 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）4-0022-02 　　Clinical Application of Ultrasonic Bone Knife in the Treatment of Jaw Cyst/XU Chao-jun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（4）：22-23 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical application of ultrasonic bone knife in the treatment of jaw cyst.Method：62 cases with jaw cyst were selected，using random number table they were divided into the observation group and the control group，31 cases in each group，of which the observation group was given ultrasound bone knife radiosurgery treatment，the control group was given traditional bone mechanical operation treatment，two groups of surgery condition and clinical efficacy were compared.Result：The amount of bleeding in the observation group was （71.35±2.71）ml，it was significantly lower than （97.58±3.84）ml in the control group，and the postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group，the incidence rate of complications postoperative 24 h was 0 in the observation group，was significantly lower than that in the control group（25.8%），the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with traditional bone mechanical operation，the clinical application of ultrasonic bone sabreplay type is not only small trauma，high safety，but also postoperative complications is low，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Jaw cyst； Extraction； Ultrasonic bone knife 　　First-author’s address：Yiyang City Center Hospital，Yiyang 413000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.4.012 　　颌骨囊肿是常见的一种临床颌骨良性肿瘤，多发于青壮年，临床中初期无明显症状，故容易被医生和患者所遗漏，在发现时囊肿往往比较大，常伴有面部畸形及诸多局部症
