面部注射美容术护理效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨面部注射美容术患者的有效手术护理方法，观察其护理效果。方法：选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月60例面部注射美容患者为研究对象，采用抽签法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规的护理，观察组在此基础之上，同时给予患者积极护理干预，比较两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组有效、显效以及无效人数分别为22例、8例和0例，治疗总有效率为100.00%，对照组有效、显效及无效分别为20例、5例和5例，观察组治疗总有效率100.00%，明显高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组并发症出现率为23.33%，明显低于对照组的53.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：面部美容是美容医学中的重要组成部分，后期护理对恢复效果影响较大，实施科学有效的护理方法可提高患者康复效果。 　　[关键词]护理干预；面部美容；预后质量；效果分析 　　[中图分类号]R473 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）17-1477-03 　　Analysis of nursing effect of injection for facial cosmetic surgery 　　ZHAO Qian，MA Ying 　　（Institute of Plastic Surgery，Xijing Hospital.The Fourth Military Medical University，Xi’an 710032，Shaanxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the effective operation nursing methods for the patients with facial injection of cosmetic surgery， observe the effect of nursing.
