集束化护理对减少冠心病介入治疗患者术后并发症效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨集束化护理对减少冠心病介入治疗患者术后并发症的效果。方法 方便选取2016年6月―2017年6月期间在该院接受介入治疗的冠心病患者60例进行研究，按照抽签方式将所有患者分为两组，观察组30例实行集束化护理，对照组30例予以常规护理，实验结束后，分析比较两组患者护理前后的相关情况。结果 观察组患者SAS评分为（29.71±2.22）分，SDS评分为（21.25±0.83）分，并发症发生率为（6.7%）相对于对照组较低，生存质量评分总分为（132.23±7.85）分，与相关知识掌握程度均相对于对照组较高（P0.05）。结论 对冠心病介入治疗患者实行集束化护理可有效降低术后并发症发生率，还可提高患者的生存质量以及对相关知识的掌握程度，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 集束化护理；冠心病；介入治疗 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（a）-0135-03 　　The Effect of Cluster Nursing on Postoperative Complications in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Interventional Therapy 　　FANG Hui 　　Department of Catheter， Affiliated Ningde Hospital， Fujian Medical University， Ningde， Fujian Province， 352000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of cluster nursing on reducing postoperative complications in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy in this hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were conveniently enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into two groups by lottery. 30 patients in the observation group received intensive care and 30 patients in the control group with routine care， at the end of the experiment， analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients before and after the relevant situation was carried out. Results The SAS score of the observation group was（29.71±2.22） points， the SDS score was （21.25±0.83） points and the complication rate was 6.7%. Compared with the control group， the SAS score was（132.23±7.85） points， and related knowledge of the degree of control were higher than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The interventional treatment of coronary heart disease in patients with intensive care can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， but also improve the quality of life of patients and the mastery of relevant knowledge， it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Cluster nursing； Coronar
