集束化护理对血液透析导管相关血流感染发生干预意义分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析集束化护理对血液透析导管相关血流感染发生的干预意义。方法：研究纳入病例均来源于2015年1月-2016年1月期间于本院肾内科接受血液透析治疗的患者80例，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者实施集束化护理干预。对比两组患者在不同护理方案干预下导管留置时间以及导管留置期间相关血流感染发生率的差异。结果：观察组患者导管留置时间平均为（53.2±2.6）d，对照组为（54.3±2.9）d，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组导管留置期间血流感染事件发生率为2.50%，显著低于对照组27.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：血液透析患者透析期间行集束化护理干预可有效降低导管相关血流感染事件发生率，提高血液透析护理质量，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 血液透析； 血流感染； 集束化护理 　　The Analysis of Cluster Nursing Interventions Significance in Hemodialysis Catheter-related Bloodstream Infections Occur/LIN Yu-yu，ZHANG Gui-you，LIN Li-rong，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（02）：106-108 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the significance of cluster nursing intervention for hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infections occur.Method：80 cases in our hospital nephrology received hemodialysis were selected from January 2015 to January 2016. 80 patients were grouped according to the random number method，they were divided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given intervention usual care，the observation group was given cluster nursing.In different nursing intervention program，the catheter time and difference in incidence during catheter-related bloodstream infections of two groups were compared.Result：The indwelling catheter time of observation group was（53.2±2.6）d， the control group was（54.3±2.9） d，the difference was not significant significance（P0.05）.The rate of indwelling catheter bloodstream infection in observation group was 2.50% ，significantly lower than the control group of 27.50%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：During hemodialysis hemodialysis patients with cluster nursing intervention can effectively reduce catheter-related bloodstream infections event rate，improve the quality of care hemodialysis，should be widely applied. 　　【Key words】 Hemodialysis； Bloodstream infection； Cluster nursing 　　First-author’s address：Zhongshan Sanxiang
