重复经颅磁刺激合并帕罗西汀治疗难治性强迫症临床观察 　　摘 要：目的 ?^察重复经颅磁刺激合并帕罗西汀治疗难治性强迫症的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析2016年10月～2017年10月在我院治疗的140例难治性强迫症患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组70例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果，治疗前后的Yale-Bocs评分、生存质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 重复经颅磁刺激合并帕罗西汀治疗难治性强迫症效果显著，可显著降低患者强迫症评分，改善患者生存质量，且无严重不良反应，值得临床推广和应用。 　　关键词：经颅磁刺激；帕罗西汀；难治性强迫症 　　中图分类号：R749.7 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.07.036 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）07-0110-03 　　Clinical Observation of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Paroxetine in the Treatment of Refractory Obsessive-compulsive Disorder 　　LI Hai-xia 　　（Department of Psychiatry，Anding Hospital，Tianjin 301900，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with paroxetine in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods The clinical data of 140 patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group，70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine，and the observation group was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.Observed the clinical effects of the two groups of patients，before and after treatment Yale-Bocs score，quality of life scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%，which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with paroxetine has a significant effect on refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder，which can significantly reduce the score of obsessive-compulsive disorder and improve the quality of life of patients.There is no serious adverse reaction and it is wort
