闭合复位股骨近端锁定板微创接骨技术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨运用股骨近端锁定钢板（LCP）闭合复位微创技术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：回顾笔者所在医院2013年 　　1月-2015年6月采用闭合复位微创技术治疗的26例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，观察其治疗效果。结果：26例患者手术时间45～175 min，平均110 min；术中出血量50～300 ml，平均160 ml；所有患者均进行了随访，随访时间3～18个月；骨折愈合时间2.5～6个月，平均3.5个月；按Harris评分：优18例，良6例，一般2例，优良率为92%。结论：运用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板闭合复位微创接骨技术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、固定确切、骨折愈合率高的优点，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 锁定钢板； 微创； 老年； 股骨粗隆间骨折 　　中图分类号 R683.42 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0124-02 　　Clinical Analysis of Closed Reduction and Proximal Femoral Locking Plate of Minimally Invasive Osteosynthesis for Elderly Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures/DONG Si-gen.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：124-125 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy of closed reduction and proximal femoral locking plate of minimally invasive osteosynthesis for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Method：The data of 26 cases of intertrochanteric fractures who were treated with closed reduction and minimally invasive surgery from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.Result：In 26 patients，the operative time was from 45 to 175 minutes，with an average of 110 minutes，and the intraoperative bleeding volume was from 50 to 300 ml，with an average of 160 ml.All patients accepted follow-up for 3 to 18 months，and the fracture healing time was 2.5 to 6 months，with an average of 3.5 months.According to Harris score，excellent in 18 cases，good in 6 cases，general in 2 cases，the excellent and good rate was 92%.Conclusion：Closed reduction and proximal femoral anatomical locking plate of minimally invasive osteosynthesis for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures has the advantages of minimally invasive，reliable fixation，high fracture healing rate，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Locking plate； Minimally invasive； Elderly； Intertrochanteric fracture 　　First-author’s address：Hospital of Wuhu County，Wuhu 241100，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.
