逐瘀通脉滴丸的制备工艺研究  【摘要】 　　目的通过实验筛选逐瘀通脉滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法通过单因素筛选和正交实验，进行逐瘀通脉滴丸制备工艺及制备条件的研究。结果得出不同的基质配比、药物与基质的配比、滴头大小、滴距、滴速是影响滴丸成型的主要因素，筛选出逐瘀通脉滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结论该工艺制得的滴丸成型性好，丸重差异、崩解时限符合《中国药典》规定，适宜工业化生产。  【关键词】 逐瘀通脉滴丸； 制备工艺； 高黏血症  Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the optimum preparation process for Zhuyutongmai Drop Pills.
