锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折并发症分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效，评价其安全性。方法：选取2012年9月-2014年9月笔者所在医院骨科收治的120例肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折患者，按治疗方法不同分为观察组（60例，锁骨钩钢板内固定）和对照组（60例，传统内固定），对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果：观察组肩关节功能优良率高于对照组（P0.05），且并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折患者应用锁骨钩钢板内固定，疗效确切，安全性高，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 锁骨远端骨折； 肩锁关节脱位； 锁骨钩钢板 　　中图分类号 R683.41 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0014-03 　　Complications of the Treatment of the Dislocation of the Shoulder Joint and the Fracture of the Distal Clavicle with the Clavicle Hook Plate/LIANG Dong-ming.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：14-16 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with the dislocation of the shoulder joint and the fracture of the distal clavicle with the treatment of the clavicle hook plate.Method：From September 2012 to September 2014，120 patients with dislocation of shoulder joint and the fracture of distal clavicle in our hospital were selected，they were divided into the observation group（60 cases treated with clavicle hook plate internal fixation）and the control group（60 cases treated with traditional internal fixation），the effect and complication in the two groups were compared.Result：The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05），and the total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the clavicle hook plate fixation in the treatment of the patients with dislocation of the shoulder joint dislocation and the distal clavicle fracture is effective，safe and worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 Distal clavicle fracture； Dislocation of the shoulder joint； Clavicle hook plate 　　First-author’s address：Xing’an Jieshou Combination Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine，Xing’an 541306，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.6.007 　　肩锁关
