验方甲眼康治疗甲状腺相关性眼病临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察验方“甲眼康”治疗甲状腺相关性眼病的疗效。方法：将2005-2007年笔者所在医院门诊及住院的58例甲状腺相关性眼病患者，随机分为对照组28例和试验组30例。对照组进行常规的甲亢治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用验方“甲眼康”。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率为83.3%，对照组为39.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组的Ⅰ级（轻度）、Ⅱ级（中度）和Ⅲ级（重度）患者的总有效率分别为100%、92.9%、33.3%；对照组分别为53.8%、33.3%、0。结论：验方“甲眼康”治疗甲状腺相关性眼病具有较好的疗效和较高的安全性，尤其是对于轻中度甲亢眼突患者。 　　【关键词】 疏肝解郁； 化痰散结； 养阴清热； 甲状腺相关性眼病 　　中图分类号 R581.9 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）15-0119-02 　　The Clinical Research of Prescription Jiayankang in the Treatment of Thyroid Associated Ophthalmopathy/XIE Yu-ming，LU Ji-sen，ZHOU Shao-jun，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（15）：119-120 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the curative effect of prescriptions Jiayankang in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.Method：58 cases of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy in our hospital of outpatient and hospitalization from 2005 to 2007 were randomly divided into control group 28 cases and experimental group 30 cases.The control group treated with routine treatment of hyperthyroidism，the experimental group used prescriptions Jiayankang on the basis of the control group.To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group was 83.3%，it was 39.3% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The effective rate of class Ⅰ（mild），class Ⅱ（moderate） and the level Ⅲ（serious） in the experimental group were 100%，92.9% and 33.3% respectively，the control group were 53.8%，33.3% and 0，respectively.Conclusion：The prescription Jiayankang has a good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy，especially for patients with mild to moderate thyroid associated eye disease. 　　【Key words】 Smooth the liver and regulate the qi-flow； Reducing phlegm and resolving masses； Replenishing the vital essence and removing heat； Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy 　　First-author’s address：Guangzhou Liwan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese
