CFM56-3发动机风扇叶片损伤标准 737-300/400 叶片前沿 Leading edge (does not include fillet and root area): NOTE: The leading edge is the most forward edge of the airfoil from the tip to the platform. 1) There is no limit on the quantity of nicks and dents if less than 0.03 inch (0.7 mm) in depth for Areas A, B, and C. 2) There is no limit on the quantity of nicks and dents if less than 0.04 inch (1.0 mm) in depth for Area D. 叶片表面 Contour surface (does not include fillet and root area): 1) There is no limit on the quantity of nicks, dents and scratches in Areas A, B, and D as follows: The damage is not more than 0.015 inch (0.3 mm) in depth. b) The scratches are not more than 0.4 inch (10.0 mm) in length. 2) There is no limit on the quantity of nicks, dents and scratches in Area C as follows: a) The damage is not more than 0.005 inch (0.10 mm) in depth. b) The scratches are not more than 0.4 inch (10.0 mm) in length. 叶片表面 3) If there is distortion in Areas B, C and D, the limits are as follows: NOTE: To find if a fan blade has distortion, compare it to the other blades from the rotor. a) No more than 0.34 inch (8.0 mm) out of contour in two locations. b) The length (D) must be more than six times the depth (C) (Fig. 601). c) Do a fluorescent penetrant inspection of the area (AMM 70-40-01/201). 4) Distortion in Area A is not serviceable. 5) Cracks and tears are not serviceable. 叶间凸台 Mid-span shroud to airfoil fillet: 1)Nicks, dents and scratches are not serviceable. Mid-span shroud (does not include fillet): 1) There is no limit on the quantity of pits if not more than 0.005 inch (0.1 mm) in depth. 2) There is no limit on the quantity of nicks, dents and scratches if: a) The nicks and dents are not more than 0.01 inch (0.2 mm) in depth. b)A 50 cycle maximum service extension is permitted if the nicks, dents and sheared edges are not more than 0.035 inch (0.9 mm) in depth. 3)There is no limit on the quantity of wear because of shingling if not more tha
