摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE III 论执行难的解决机制 摘 要 “执行难”是当前法院执行工作的一个突出问题，它不仅损害了司法的公正和权威，减少了法院在社会中解决纠纷、化解矛盾的作用，而且使法院威严的形象受损，在社会中造成恶劣的影响甚至它已经成为社会中不安定因素的一个起因。对于“执行难”问题本文认为“执行难”的形成分为法院的内部原因和法院的外部原因，根据其产生原因本文也从法院内部原因和法院的外部原因两个方面而提出相应的解决策略。 本文分为五个章节:第一章为“执行难”概述，分析了“执行难”的概念及其相关概念。第二章为“执行难”的现状及后果。该部分针对现在的“执行难”的现状分析了“执行难”的司法后果和社会后果。第三章概括讲述“执行难”所形成的原因，从法院内部和法院外部两个方面提出。第四章为“执行难”的解决机制，针对“执行难”的原因而提出理论与实务上的解决办法。第五章为结论。 关键词：执行难， 解决机制 ，执行机制 ，信息网的构建 On The Case Of The Difficlties In Caeeying Out And Its Mechanism ABSTRACT Difficult to enforce is a prominent issue in the implementation of the current Court, it not only damages the impartiality and authority of the justice and reducing the Court to settle the dispute, to resolve contradictions in society the role of dignified image damage not only the Court also has a bad impact in society and even it has become a cause of social unrest in. How to solve the difficult to enforce problems the writer considers difficult to enforce the formation is divided into internal reasons and external reasons of the Court of the Court. According to its causes also from internal and external reasons of the Court two reasons of the Court and put forward appropriate solutions. This article is divided into five sections : First chapter is difficult to enforce overview, analysis of the difficult to enforce concept and its related concepts. Chapter II as difficult to enforce the status and consequences. The section for now difficult to enforce the analysis of the difficult to enforce the judicial consequences and social consequences.
