毕业论文 本科毕业设计说明书 本科毕业设计说明书 （ 题 目： 题 目：车载升降平台及其液压系统设计 学生姓名： 学 院：机械学院 系 别：机械系 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级：机制 指导教师： 副教授 二 〇 一 一 年 六 月 摘 要 机械装置几乎遍布于世界的各个角落，它影响着人类世界，改变着人类世界，级的大提高了人类改造世界的能力，同时也将人类从繁重复杂的劳动中解放出来，使人类的生活更加简便，是人类社会进步的重要标志之一。厢式货车的货物装卸传统的方法是靠人的肩扛手抬，不仅麻烦、消耗人力，而且浪费时间效率低下，危险性高，尤其是对重量较大的货物，此种方法更显得无能为力，从而严重阻碍了生产力的发展。 此次设计的汽车液压升降尾板，解决了长期困扰人们的货物装卸难题。该汽车尾板结构采用液压传动，主要由两个相同的举升缸和两个相同的关门缸组成。关门缸负责将围板展开或合上，举升缸负责将尾板平举。两组缸相互配合再加上简单的控制系统就可使一个人通过手指按下几个按钮来完成繁重的货物装卸工作，将人类从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来！ 关键词：举升缸，关门缸，装配图,液压系统 Abstract We could see mechanism almost everywhere in the world , which is affecting our world, changing our word and improve ability of human to remake the world greatly . Thus mechanism liberates human from heavy and complex labor , makes human life more convenient and becomes one of the important signs of progress of human society. The traditional way of Vans cargo handling is to rely on the shoulder and hands whichi is not only very trouble but aslo a waste of time with low efficiency and high risky especially to the weight of the cargo, such large method is more powerless, thus seriously hinder the development of productive forces. The design of the hydraulic elevator car stern plate solved the difficult problem of cargo work which puzzle people for a long time .The car stern plate structure adopts hydraulic transmission, which consists of two of the same lifting cylinder which are responsible for lifting the stern plate and two of the same closing cylinder which are responsible for openning or closing the plate . Two groups of cylinders cooperate with each other in addition to simple control system and allow one to complete a few heavy cargo handling work just by press down some buttons .thus human is liberated from heavy manual labor.
