精品 PAGE 精品 党参多糖对环磷酰胺损伤小鼠 造血和骨髓细胞增殖能力的影响 摘 要 目的： 探讨党参多糖对环磷酰胺诱导的化学损伤小鼠造血和骨髓细胞增殖能力的影响。 方法 ：36只小鼠随机分为治疗组、CTX组和对照组。小鼠腹腔注射CTX 200 mg／kg制备化学药物损伤小鼠模型。在注射CIX前26 h和20 h，党参多糖组和CTX组各注射党参多糖250ug/kg等体积的PBS缓冲液稀释液，对照组只注射等体积的PBS缓冲液。通过体外体外血细胞计数测定党参多糖对CIX损伤小鼠造血能力的影响；通过测定小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数变化，以及巨噬细胞吞噬实验探究党参多糖对小鼠免疫能力的影响。结果：注射CTX后第7天CTX组红细胞数较对照组显著减少；第14天党参多糖组红细胞数较CTX组显著增多。小鼠胸腺指数脾指数增加明显，巨噬细胞吞噬能力显著增强，其骨髓细胞增值能力显著提高。结论：党参多糖对小鼠造血能力和骨髓细胞增殖能力有显著的提高作用。 。 关键词：党参多糖； 环磷酰胺； 造血能力；骨髓细胞 Polysaccharide cyclophosphamide injury in mouse hematopoietic and bone marrow cell proliferation abilityAbstract: Objective To investigate the impact of chemical injury in mice induced by Codonopsis polysaccharide on hematopoietic and bone marrow cell proliferation ability. 36 mice were randomly divided into treatment group, CTX group and control group.
