·专家论坛· 对中药现代化及中药国际化发展的思考Δ ＊ 刘昌孝 （天津药物研究院释药技术与药代动力学国家重点实验室，天津 300193） 中图分类号 R2-03；R28 文献标志码 C 文章编号 1001-0408（2016）11-1441-04 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2016.11.01 摘 要 目的：探讨近年来在中药现代化及中药国际化发展之路上遇到的问题，并提出解决思路。方法：分析中药现代化的必要 性，提出目前中药现代化发展中遇到的问题，总结其最新进展情况，并对中药国际化发展思路给出建议。结果：中药现代化发展遇 到的问题有：基础研究滞后、产业发展基础薄弱、创新能力差；现代科学理论难以表达传统中药的内涵；资源保护不力，严重影响中 药产业的可持续发展；知识产权保护不力，没有自主制订相应的国际标准；适应市场经济的中药现代化多元化投入体系尚未建立 等。但中药现代化也取得了一些新进展：整体观认识在提高；中药多成分与药效研究在加强；从药效物质基础阐明中药作用的内 涵；对于具有多成分的中药，从植物化学角度建立中药化学成分指纹图谱；应用现代科学对“辨证论治”和“君- 臣-佐-使”配伍规律 进行研究；“组学”方法和技术的应用等。中药国际化之路应加强国际合作，充分利用互联网优势，将大数据信息引入中医临床和 中药产业发展。结论：中药现代化及中药国际化的发展，除需要继承和发扬中医药学传统理论外，还需要运用现代科学理论和先 进技术，加强多方合作，加强对大数据的重视与利用。在中医药产业结构和产品的结构调整中，只有建立国际认可的药物标准规 范体系，创制具有自主知识产权的中药并以治疗药物身份进入国际医药市场，才能振兴我国民族医药工业。 关键词 中药现代化；中药国际化；大数据；自主知识产权 Reflections on TCM Modernization and TCM International Development LIU Changxiao （State Key Lab of Drug Release Technology and Pharmacokinetics ，Tianjin Institute of Phar- maceutical Research ，Tianjin 300193，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To explore the problems about TCM modernization and TCM international development in recent years ，and to put forward its solutions. METHODS ：The necessity of TCM modernization was analyzed ，and the problems about TCM modernization development were put forward ；the latest development was summarized ，and the suggestions were put forward TCM international development. RESULTS ：The problems about TCM modernization development included ：hysteretic basic research ，weak industrial development base and poor innovation ability existed ；modern scientific theory was difficult to interpret the connotation of traditional TCM ；poor resource protection badly influenced the sustainable development of TCM industry ；there was absence of intellectual property rights protection and relevant international criteria ；TCM modernization diversified investment system meeting mark
