北京化工大学北方学院毕业论文 14 - 基于FTA的发动机燃烧故障诊断 --故障树在燃烧故障诊断中的应用 摘 要 汽车在现代交通运输领域有着不可替代的地位，提高汽车的运用和维修的可靠性是实现其功能的保证，而快速有效的诊断方法会很大程度提高维修的效率与可靠性。将故障树分析法应用于汽油机燃烧故障诊断中，对汽油发动机的燃烧故障进行分析并列举传统故障诊断实例，收集汽油机燃烧故障资料，对相关的技术资料进行分析并选择所有气缸均出现燃烧故障和单缸出现燃烧故障为顶事件，然后建立故障树模型，根据逻辑运算关系对故障树进行简化，然后对故障树进行定性分析，通过模糊处理的方式对故障树进行定量计算并与传统诊断方法相比较。遵循故障树定性分析所得出的最小割集，对实际故障可方便快捷的查找引起顶事件底事件故障，以便预防发动机燃烧故障的发生或减小其发生概率，文中建立了电喷汽油发动机燃烧故障树模型，确定出引发系统故障原因的各种可能的组合方式和系统发生故障的概率，为进一步研究实用的电喷汽油机故障自诊断系统提供了一种可行方法。 关键词 汽油发动机 燃烧故障 故障树 最小割集 The diagnostic of Combustion engine failure based on FTA -- The fault tree combustion in fault diagnosis of application Abstract Cars play an irreplaceable position in modern transportation field, To improve the use and maintenance of the automobile realize its function is the guarantee, But fast and effective diagnosis method can greatly improve the efficiency and reliability of maintenance.
