双向转诊系统--毕业论文设计.doc

PAGE 摘 要 随着 HYPERLINK /gongxue/ 科学的进步， HYPERLINK /Medicine/ 医院信息管理系统已成为 HYPERLINK /dangdai/ 现代化医院的标志。我国医院信息化建设已转变为“以患者为中心”的服务信息管理系统，并依托远程医疗和 HYPERLINK /network/ 网络技术，向社区卫生服务机构延伸。双向转诊信息管理系统将社区卫生服务站与医院连接在一起，使双向转诊制度得到了有效的实施。该系统主要包括后台数据库的建立以及前台应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库,而对于后者则要求具有齐全完善的应用程序功能,友好人性化的操作界面。该系统采用现代的办公自动化理念,面向中小型医院和社区门诊,实现无纸化办公,确保医院和社区门诊实现高效办公,规范管理。 本论文主要介绍了双向转诊系统的设计开发与实现的全部过程。并运用功能结构图、数据库关系图和E-R图等对核心模块的设计过程进行了详细的说明。双向转诊系统整体基于B/S模式，后台数据库选用My SQL，使用JSP、SERVLET语言来设计实现。实现了患者的就诊、转诊、查询删除病例流程；医生创建病历、处理转诊记录功能；医院管理员修改医院信息、增加删除医生功能；管理员增加删除医院管理员功能。简化了繁琐的手工操作,规范化整个病历处理流程,使得病历的流转更方便快捷。 关键词： 双向转诊；B/S模式；以患者为中心；数字化 ABSTRACT As science advances, the hospital information management system has become a symbol of modern hospital.
