中原工学院毕业设计论文 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：基于单片机的气密性检测仪设计 学院名称： 班 级： 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 年 月 论文编号：200900454113 论文编号：200900454113 基于单片机的气密性检测仪设计 The Design of Air Tightness Detector Based on Single-chip Computer 学院名称：电子信息学院 班 级：测控 091班 学 号：200900454113 学生姓名：王伟杰 指导教师：常静 2013年 06月 I I 摘 要 随着科学技术的日新月异的发展，社会各领域的数据分析检测也越来越需要更加准确清晰的显示处理，这也符合社会发展的主要趋势，逐渐走向高智能化的社会层面，更加人性化。因此，各种仪器仪表系统的研究发展也越来越的显示出其重要社会作用，其中，气密性检测就是其中很重要的一个研究方向，尤其是在客车或者与容器相关的机械仪表中作用甚大。 本文介绍了直压式气密性检测仪的基本框架和总体设计思想。在此基础上，提出了基于AT89S52单片机的气密性检测仪系统设计方案。本文重点讲解了该气密性检测仪的详细原理以及设计方案，包括数据定时采集、数据处理、数据显示、气密性检测结果显示、检测结果报警判断模块，并给出了具体的设计方法和实验结果。论文最后对该气密性检测仪设计过程中遇到的问题进行了分析解决，达到了预先的设计要求。 关键词： protues 仿真，AT89S52，气压传感器，气密性检测 II II Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology，social fields data analysis testing is becoming more and more needs to be more accurate and clear display，it also accords with the main trend of social development，gradually to move towards the high intelligence society, more humanistic。Therefore，research and development of various kinds of instrumentation systems is becoming more and more shows its important social function，among them, the gas tightness detection is one of important research direction, especially in the bus，the container related has been a great role in mechanical instrument. In this paper direct pressure tightness detector and the basic framework or the overall design ideas were introduced。Based on this, puts forward the air tightness detector system based on AT89S52 single chip design scheme。This paper focuses on the detailed principle of the air tightness detector and the design scheme, including the timing of data acquisition, data processing, data display, air tightness test results display
