w 外科手术论文术后并发症论文 商环包皮环切术及其并发症的控制 　　【摘要】 目的 通过商环包皮环切术的标准化来降低因包皮手术引起的并发症发生率，以进一步提高包皮环切手术的质量。方法 采用商环包皮环切术标准化方案对206例患者进行手术，对手术时间、术中与术后24 h疼痛评分(视觉模拟评分法，VAS)、术后并发症、包皮创口愈合时间、术后外观情况进行观察和随访。结果 手术时间为(4.21±1.14) min;术中与术后24 h患者疼痛评分(VAS)分别为(0.60±0.21)分与(1.60±0.74)分;并发症发生率为术后感染0.97%(2/206)、术后包皮环滑脱并出血0.49%(1/206)、伤口裂开0.49%(1/206)和包皮水肿5.82%(12/206)。术后包皮创口完全愈合时间为(18±4)d。患者对术后包皮外观满意率为98.5％(203/206)。结论 商环包皮环切术手术简单、快速、易于标准化，术中疼痛轻、术后并发症少、包皮切口整齐美观，患者满意度高，可以普遍推广。　　【关键词】商环；包皮环切术；标准化方案；并发症　　　　Circumcision with the Chinese ShangRing and control of complications　　 Li Qiang, Fang Jie-yu, Huang Wan-lin, et al.Department of Surgery, The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Guangdong 510080,China　　【Abstract】 Objective Through standardization of circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring to decrease complication of circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring.And improve the quality of circumcisor Methods 206 patients undergoing circumcision with the Chinese Shang Ring were included. The healing time after circumcision was (18±4)days. the satisfaction of the post-operative appearance was 98.5％.Conclusion Circumcision with Chinese Shang Ring is rapid and safe. The pain is slight, low rate of complications and satisfied appearance.
