龙胆泻肝汤联合壮医刺血疗法治疗痤疮临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨龙胆泻肝汤联合壮医刺血疗法治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法：选取2014年 　　3月-2015年3月本院收治的痤疮患者30例，将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组15例。对照组给予龙胆泻肝汤治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合壮医刺血疗法，对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后症状积分情况及皮损出油、性质、颜色、肿痛的评分情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为100%，明显高于对照组的60.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，观察组症状积分及皮损出油、性质、颜色、肿痛评分均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：龙胆泻肝汤联合壮医刺血疗法治疗痤疮疗效确切，具有活血祛斑、清热解毒、行气活络的功效，能显著改善患者临床症状及体征，提高治疗效果，促进康复，具有较高应用价值。 　　【关键词】 龙胆泻肝汤； 壮医刺血疗法； 痤疮 　　Clinical Research on Zhuang Medicine Thorn Blood Therapy in Combination with Gentian Purging Liver Soup in the Treatment of Acne/JIANG Zong-ju.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：098-101 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine thorn blood therapy in combination with Gentian Purging Liver Soup in the treatment of acne.Method：Thirty cases of acne patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were chosen as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method，with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gentian Purging Liver Soup，while the observation group was given Zhuang medicine thorn blood therapy on the basis of the control group.The curative effect，symptom scores before and after treatment，skin lesions grading of oil，nature，colour and swelling pain were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%，which was significantly higher than 60.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the symptoms integral，oil，nature，color and swelling pain scores of lesion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zhuang medicine thorn blood therapy in combination with Gentian Purging Liver Soup has an exact effect on treatment of acne，it can invigorate the circulation of blood，lighten spots， clear heat and detoxify the body，promot the flow of qi and blood，signific
