Abstract Energy crisis in whole world and the enormous contradiction between energy demand and supply in china make us clearly realize sustainable development have already become the common understanding of the strategic thought of the whole world regard to the human society’s long-term development, we must actively impel building energy-saving and develop the green energy-saving building if the building industry wants to realize the sustainable development. The northeast is in the severe cold area of our country，in the recent years, the scale of building increased rapidly and the total amount of building s increased constantly in northeast with the gradual development of the old industrial base of the northeast., but the buildings which consume more energy are very large proportion in the total amount of buildings, so it’s necessary to select some economical and applied energy-saving technology in construction in order to save the energy, reduce the waste of resource, realize the sustainable development of construction. The paper originates the subject of green energy-saving building key technology optimization and development strategic research from scientific and technological office in Heilongjiang province. The author regards the optimization of energy saving technology measure of construction in the northeast as research object, applies analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluat ion to study the optimization issues about energy-saving technology of building external wall, doors and windows, roof in-depth.
