东方航空食品板块重组和整合方案研究 摘要 在经济全球化和信息化的推动下，随着民航体系战略大重组的日益 深化，航空运输业竞争日趋激烈，民航原有的体制和发展模式已经越来 越不能适应市场经济下的企业竞争。作为航空运输业副业的航空配餐业 也存在着类似的问题。随着东航集团和新加坡航空的战略合作日益深入 和紧密，东航集团下属的东航食品板块重组已经迫在眉睫，必须摒弃原 有陈旧的思想和理念，通过整合现有板块内优质资源，提升东航食品板 块的核心竞争力，走规模化道路，才能为东航集团实现整体二次飞越提 供保障。本文共分七章，通过对东航集团下属 14 家航空配餐企业目前 实际情况和操作模式的深入调研和实际论证，应用现代企业核心竞争能 力等战略思维，借鉴了企业重组和整合研究的相关理论,着重分析了东 航食品板块目前所处的实际地位和现实状况，并以此为基础，对东航集 团下属的东航食品板块重组给出了可行性的重组建议方案，即通过成立 东方航空食品投资有限公司来整合板块内的优质资源和信息，以提高企 业综合竞争能力，同时从五个方面提出了重组后的整合方案，为东航食 品板块的长远发展提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。 关键词： 东航食品板块，重组整合，航空配餐，核心竞争力  THE RESEARCH OF RECOMBINATION INTEGRATION OF CHINA EASTERN AIR CATERING GROUP ABSTRACT With the push of economic globalization and information oriented, together with the deeper recombination of three aviation groups in China, competition of aviation industry becomes more vigorous. The current system and pattern does not fit the competition in the marketing economy any more. As the by-line of aviation industry the air catering company has the similar troubles. With the close and further cooperation between China Eastern Group and Singapore Airlines the recombination of air catering companies within China Eastern Group is utmost urgent. Through the integration of the high quality resources among the air catering companies in China Eastern Group, the core-competitiveness can be reinforced strongly. Thereafter, it can be helpful for the whole development of China Eastern Group. This thesis has seven chapters. Based on the modern enterprise development theory the on-site research and investigation on the 14 air catering companies is conducted, especially analyzing the current status and conditions of the whole China Eastern air catering companies. After serious consideration and analysis the suggest development plan of recombination of China Eastern air catering is given.
