ABSTRACT ηle diffusion reflectance spectra signal from skin can r叩resent the information of the blood in the dermis，so it is possible to achieve noninvasive blood glucose detection by measuring 伽 diffusion reflectance spectra signal from the dermis.The volume of skins blood is changing at all times along with the heart pump，which is an ? M‘ impo阳nt factor. In this paper，the blood in the human dermis is s阳died，Monte Carlo simulation methods 町e appliedωstudy the the diffusion reflectance spectra si伊al 仕om skin when the volume of skins blood is changing，and also the simulation results are analyzed and discussed. Firstly，白e structure and the optical properties of the skin was described. Secondly，the optical properties ofthe dynamic human skin and multi-layered optical model of skin are focusing from the fol1owing aspecω:(1)伽ωntent distribution of the blood in 伽e skin;(2)the basic optical parameters and the relationship between 由e basic optical paramωrs such 幽幽 absorption and 刷刷出19 coefficients in the skin layers and the changes of blood volume;(3)the general proportion of the changes of blood volume in the dermis under the action of 由e heart pump. Finally，the Monte Carlo simulation method was used to study the diffuse reflection in the skin under different volumes of skins blood.
