XX高速公路路基路面综合设计
摘□要:本设计是XX高速公路K0+000~K2+910段路基路面综合设计,该高速公路段设计行车速度80km/h,双向四车道,路基宽度宽21.5m。预计交通量年平均增长率4.5%,路基填料为粘质土。本设计内容主要包括路面设计、路基设计、防护与支挡工程设计和桥涵等八个部分。该设计首先对设计路段进行路面设计,设计包括沥青路面设计和水泥混凝土路面设计。其中沥青路面设计有2种结构组合,水泥混凝土也有3种结构组合。分别对各种路面进行性能技术经济比较后推荐一种路面。再根据路基平面图和纵断面图进行路基横断设计,主要包括排水设计和路堤路堑边坡设计,计算出路基土石方数据并进行了调配。针对高填方路基进行挡土墙设计,本路段挡土墙采用衡重式挡土墙,对于挡墙施工有简单说明。最后对桥涵进行了初步的设计。共设计了1座连续T梁桥和2个圆管涵、6个钢筋混凝土盖板涵。本设计中各个设计阶段均有方案比选,本文阐明了本设计的方法依据和设计步骤,对其它路段的设计可提供一定的参考。

The comprehensive and subgrade pavement design of Taojiang-Majitang Expressway
Abstract:This design is the Pavement and Subgrade Design of Taojiang to Majitang Expressway from K0+000 to K2+910. The designed speed is 80km/h, two-way four-lane, the width of the roadbed is 21.5m. Traffic volume is expected to be average annual growth rate of 4.5%. This design includes eight main parts of pavement design, roadbed design, protection and retaining engineering and design of bridge and culvert. Firstly, the section of the road for pavement design, it includes the design of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement design. The design of asphalt pavement has three kinds of structure combination,cement concrete also has two kinds of structure combination. On various road performance comparison of technology and economy of the recommendation of a pavement. Secondly according to roadbed plan and longitudinal section of roadbed transection and design, including the design of road and drainage design Embankment slope design, calculating the embankment of earth data and deployment. For high fill roadbed for the design of retaining walls, the road retaining wall use balance weight retaining wall for retaining wall construction. Finally, the bridge and culverts on the preliminary design. Designed a total of one T continuous beam bridge and two circular pipe culvert, six cover plate culvert.
