输尿管镜钬激光术治疗尿道狭窄合并尿道结石的价值研究 　　摘要：目的 研究并分析治疗尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者时使用输尿管镜钬激光术的治疗效果。方法 收集尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者共86例，根据随机分配方案将其分为对照组（43例）和观察组（43例），对照组接受常规手术切开治疗，观察组联合输尿管镜钬激光术，将两组临床疗效、尿线长度、尿流速度进行观察和对比。结果 观察组疗效的总有效率为95.30%，明显比对照组的65.10%高，组间差异显著（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的尿线长度为（5.2±0.7）μm、尿流速度为（16.1±1.5）ml/s，均明显比对照组的（3.9±0.5）μm、（14.3±1.4）ml/s高，组间差异显著（P0.05）。结论 在尿道狭窄合并尿道结石患者的治疗过程中，输尿管镜钬激光术能够使患者获得更佳疗效，且基本不会对尿道黏膜造成损伤，值得推广应用。 　　关键词： 尿道狭窄；尿道结石；输尿管镜钬激光术 　　中图分类号：R683 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）16-0072-02 　　Study on the Value of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser for the Treatment of Urethral Stricture Complicated with Urethral Calculi 　　FU Jin-liang 　　（Department of Urology，Qingchuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Guangyuan 628100，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment in patients with urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi.Methods A total of 86 cases of urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi were collected according to the random allocation method，which can be divided into control group（43 cases）and observation group（43 cases），the control group received routine surgical treatment，the observation group with ureteroscope holmium laser surgery，clinical efficacy of the two groups，urine line length，urinary flow rate were observed and compared.Results The efficacy of the observation group the total effective rate was 95.30%，significantly higher than the control group 65.10%， significant difference between groups（P0.05）.The urinary tract length of the observation group after treatment was（5.2±0.7）μm，and the urinary flow rate was （16.1±1.5）ml/s，which was significantly higher than that of the control group（3.9±0.5）μm，（14.3±1.4）ml/s，and there was significant difference between groups（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of urethral stricture complicated with urethral calculi，ureteroscopic holmium laser surgery can make the patient get better curative effect，and basically do not cause damage to the urethra mucosa
