l PAGE XV 摘 要 硅酸盐钻井液被普遍认为是最具发展前景的水基钻井液体系之一。辽河油田所处地质情况复杂，井壁不稳定问题一直存在，但硅酸盐钻井液体系目前对于辽河油田来说还是空白，因此结合辽河油田的实际情况研究硅酸盐钻井液体系，对避免或减少辽河油田深井复杂情况的发生、提高钻井速度和质量有着十分重要的意义。 本课题是辽河油田工程技术研究攻关课题，本文结合辽河油田深井井壁稳定问题开展了硅酸盐钻井液研究。分析了硅酸盐模数、加量、pH值、处理剂类型、温度等因素对硅酸盐钻井液体系性能的影响，在此基础上研究硅酸盐钻井液的配方，并讨论硅酸盐钻井液的作用机理。 研究结果表明，硅酸盐模数以2.8-3.0为好，加量在5%左右较好。 硅酸盐钻井液具有多种机理并行的抑制功能，是一种具有强抑制性能的钻井液，硅酸盐钻井液的流变性、滤失性都可以满足钻井需要，具有广阔的应用前景。 关键词：硅酸盐钻井液；模数；机理；井壁稳定 Abstract Silicate-based drilling fluids is a kind of water-based system drilling fluids which is widely regard as the most prospective for the development The geology circumstance of LiaoHe oil-field is very complicacy, the unsteady problem in the well has been existing, but current for the LiaoHe oil-field the Silicate-based drilling fluids is still blank, so combinative the LiaoHe oil-field actual circumstance studies the silicate-based drilling fluids system to avoid or reduces the occurrence that LiaoHe oil-field deep well complicacy circumstance and increases the drilling speed and quantity have the very important meaning. This lesson is the LiaoHe oil-field engineering technique research to offend to closed lesson, this text combination the LiaoHe oil-field deep well stability problem opened the research to the silicate-based drilling fluids. Analyzed the silicate mold number, add the deal, the value of pH and handles type, temperature...etc. factor to the influence of the silicate-based drilling fluids function, and here the foundation research the formulation of silicate-based drilling fluids and discussion the function mechanism of the silicate-based drilling fluids. The studies result expresses that , silicate modulus should between 2.8-3.0 ,the amount should be 5% or so .
