Our country is facing tremendous pressure on employment and economic restructuring and pressing need to develop small and medium-sized enterprises was very important. In this context, study and solve our small and medium enterprises financing problem is more important actual significance. This article from the enterprise financing basic theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise financing and the existing main problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzed the causes of the difficulty of, pertinently put forward the measures, such as improving financial management, and enhance their credit consciousness, develop perfect credit guarantee system, build good argues relations.
