l 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：我校大学生就业观念调查 English Title：Survey on the attitudes of college students employment 学 院：理学院 专 业：数学与应用数学 学 号学生姓名: 指导教师： 二 零 一 二 年 六 月 东华理工大学毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 PAGE I 摘 要 众所周知，大学生的就业形势一直都特别严峻，尤其是在前几年金融危机的影响下，大学生的就业问题是更加令人堪忧，本论文分析现阶段大学生的就业情况，借用问卷调查的方法来解析该阶段大学生的就业观念，从而指出即将面对就业的大学生存在的一些问题，鼓励大学生们树立合理的就业观念，并且能够转变一些错误的就业观念。 本文对影响大学生就业观念的因素进行了分析，并且从影响大学就业观念内部因素和外部因素提出相应的建议。在内部因素方面，自身应该认清当前就业形势，树立合理的就业目标，并且从提高自身能力方面来让自己更好的就业；在外部因素方面从高校的教育、国家的就业政策和用人单位的选材标准提出相应的建议。 关键字：大学生；就业观念；调查；高校教育 东华理工大学毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT PAGE II ABSTRACT As is known to us all, the employment situation of university students has been particularly severe, especially in the years before the financial crisis, the employment of college students is more worrying, this thesis analysis at this stage of the employment situation of university students, using questionnaire method to analyze the stage of college students employment idea, so that will be faced with obtain employment college students problems, and encourage students to establish a rational concept of employment, and can change some wrong ideas of employment. On the influence of College Students employment concept and analyzes the factors that influence university employment concept, and from the internal factors and external factors, put forward the corresponding suggestion.In terms of internal factors, should recognize the current employment situation, establish reasonable employment goals, and improve their ability in to make themselves better employment; in the external factors from the College of education, the national employment policy and the employer chooses the material standard and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.
