南京理工大学MBA学位论文 金贸建设公司发展战略研究 PAGE II 分类号 密级 UDC注1 学 位 论 文 金贸建设公司发展战略研究 （题名和副题名） 摘 要 近年来，随着国民经济的快速增长，固定资产投资率保持在很高的水平，而与此密切相关的建筑施工业增加值也在逐年平稳上升，建筑施工业已成为国民经济的支柱产业，各级地方政府已充分认识到建筑施工业对本地区乃至整个社会经济发展的巨大促进作用，并将做大做强建筑施工业作为发展地方经济的重要举措。 自1998年企业改制以来，金贸建设公司（江苏金贸建设工程有限公司）从一个名不经传的家族式施工队成长为一个具有一定竞争力和影响力的民营中型企业，其发展取得了令人可喜的成就。如何能在群雄逐鹿的建筑施工业市场中站稳脚跟，保持企业长远、健康、快速发展，这是金贸建设公司决策者亟待解决的战略课题。作者深入基层一线，亲临施工现场，通过大量的调研访谈，查阅相关文献资料，并借鉴同类企业的经验与教训，对金贸建设公司所处的行业发展现状及其综合环境进行分析，明晰了金贸建设公司的优势和劣势，确立其发展战略，阐述其发展的策略、主要措施和保障手段，并提出行业管理服务之要。 关键词：金贸；建筑；战略；研究 Abstract With the rapid growth of the national economy, fixed assets investment rate has been kept high in the recent years, the construction added value is rising stably, architecture has become a backbone industry of the national economy. The local government has recognized that construction industry has powerful promotion function for the local economy even whole society and economy, and regarded enlarging and strengthening construction industry as a key method to develop the local economy. Since enterprise structural system reformed in 1998, Jiangsu Jinmao Construction Engineering Cop has made great achievement, it has developed into a middle private firm with competitive force from a family-typed construction group. But how to take precedence of contested construction market and keep the firm long—term , stable and fast development ,this is an urgent strategic problem for our firm.The writer entered production line and construction site himself , through great number of investigation and consulted and looked into many documents, drew lessons and experience from same kinds of enterprises , analyzed present trend and environment of Jiangsu Jinmao Construction Engineering Cop, distinguished advantages and faults of the firm to set up a long-term development strategy and seek key action plans and guarantee measures, put forward the key o
