PAGE PAGE 6 武汉体育学院 学 士 学 位 论 文 多球训练在乒乓球专项教学训练中的运用 学 号 姓 名 院 系 运动训练学院 专 业 运动训练专业 指导教师 副教授 年4月 多球训练在乒乓球专项教学训练中的运用 摘 要：多球训练是一种非常有效的训练方法,对不同运动水平的乒乓球运动员采用不同的多球训练的方法、供球方试,对提高运动技术水平,起着十分重要的作用。通过对武汉体育学院乒乓球院代表队、乒乓球专选班及乒乓球硕士研究生的多球训练及结合多球训练法提高单位内时间练习的密度、强度的特点,进行了实验和研究，本文通过运用文献综述法、访谈法实验法、数理统计法对乒乓球多球训练方法进行分析。实践证明多球训练法有利于掌握乒乓球的基本技术动作，形成巩固的动力定型并纠正错误动作．有利于培养学生学习兴趣和自我锻炼能力, 有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性。有利于提高基本技术和步法效果，提高了训练质量． 关键词：乒乓球；多球训练；教学训练研究； Balls training and research in table-tennis lesson Abstract:Balls training is the very efficient method which should be used differently in different athelets.And it’s very important for athelets to improve their skills and techniques.By the means of balls training in Wuhan Sports University’s tram,table-tennis class,and graduates who major in table tennis to improve the density and intensity in unit time.According to that,we did lots of experiments and researches to analyze the balls training in this article,such as records, interviews and statistics.From lots of practices,it showed that balls training will help to master the basic techques and skills of tennis-table,to form a habit and to corret the wrong gestures.It will help students to form a habit and improve the skills.It will help improve students’ activity,creativity.It will aslo improve the basic techniques and gestures then to improve the quality of training at last.
