运动干预对自闭症儿童的治疗效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨综合运动干预对自闭症儿童的治疗作用，为自闭症儿童的康复和治疗提供理论依据。 方法 选择2014年11月～2015年5月在河南省某妇幼保健院确诊的80例自闭症儿童为研究对象，按随机化原则分为实验组（40例）和对照组（40例）。在常规治疗模式（对照组）不变的情况下，对实验组进行为期6个月的运动干预，于干预前后分别用儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS量表）和自闭症治疗评估量表（ATEC量表）对自闭症儿童进行评估。 结果 经过6个月的运动干预，与干预前比较，干预后，实验组的CARS、ATEC量表评分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；与对照组比较，干预后，实验组的CARS、ATEC量表评分均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 运动干预能有效改善自闭症儿童的患病程度，有效提高自闭症儿童语言、社交的能力，增强感知觉，改善健康/行为问题。 　　[关键词] 运动干预；自闭症儿童；CARS量表；ATEC量表 　　[中图分类号] R749.94 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0029-03 　　Effect analysis of exercise intervention in autistic？children 　　YANG Yi1 YANG Yang2▲ 　　1.Department of Emergency，Shangcai People′s Hospital in Henan Province，Shangcai 463800，China；2.Department of Infection Management，the First Hospital Affiliated to Zhenzhou University，Zhenzhou 450052，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the treatment role of comprehensive exercise intervention for autistic children and to provide theory basis for recovery and treatment of autistic children.
