lw lw 蜗轮箱加工装备设计与仿真 摘要 本设计的内容可分为蜗轮箱的机械加工工艺规程设计、工装夹具设计和夹具动画仿真三大部分。在蜗轮箱体加工工艺规程的设计中，首先对零件进行分析，根据零件的材料，生产纲领及其它来确定毛坯的制造形式；其次进行加工基面的选择与工艺路线的制订；最后进行加工余量、工序尺寸及切割用量等的计算与确定。在工装夹具设计中，首先是定位基准的选择，根据工序的特点来进行定位基准的选择，参考机床夹具设计手册及相关方面的书籍，运用夹具设计的基本原理和方法，拟定夹具设计的方案，设计出高效、省力、经济合理并且能保证加工质量的夹具。动画仿真部分主要是在软件Pro/E中的“动画”模块下进行，通过工件及夹具的不同位置来创建一系列的快照，再将快照按一定的顺序排列，然后制作工件的虚拟加工。 关键词：蜗轮箱；加工工艺；夹具设计；动画仿真 Worm gear box processing equipment design and simulation Abstract The design of the content can be divided into three parts,mechanical processing technological process design,fixture design and fixture animation simulation of worm gear box.In the worm gear box processing technological process designing,First of all the step was analysis of the parts, according to material of the parts,the production program and others to determine the manufacture of blank forms;Secondly,select the basal plane of the process and formulate the process route; Finally,calculat and determine the machining allowance,process dimension and cutting.In fixture designing,first step is the selection of location datum;According to the process s characteristic to carry on the selection of locating datum,reference the design manual of machine fixture and other related aspects of the books,use the basic principles and methods of fixture design,develop the fixture design program.To design efficient,labor-saving,economical and reasonable and to ensure processing quality of the fixture.Animation simulation part mainly conducting in software Pro / E in the animation module,Through the workpiece and fixture to different locations to create a series of snapshots,and snapshots are arranged in sequence,then to make the workpiece in virtual machining.
