浙江科技学院本科毕业论文 内 容 摘 要 生产线平衡就是对生产的全部工序进行平均化，调整各作业负荷，以使各作业时间尽可能相近，是生产流程改善和作业标准化必须考虑的最重要的问题。 诺贝尔瓷砖的生产线虽然经过了不断优化设计，已经基本流畅，但是仍然存在一些问题。比如作业分工过细，造成作业分工不均衡，作业分配不合理；有些工序还存在停工等活的浪费；现场人员杂乱，存在人员浪费等等。 本文将针对以上问题，研究各工序的作业时间平均化，避免停工等活的浪费，以使生产线能顺畅活动。 具体内容为：根据动作研究，去除不经济的动作，提高作业效率；通过时间研究对现状况进行分析；按工序先后顺序，合理地把作业分配给每一个工作地，并使工作地最少；使各工作地空闲时间最少，并且工作地之间负荷均匀，以保证流水线时间损失率最低。 关键词：生产线平衡、工序分析、动作研究、时间研究、瓶颈、ECRS原则 ABSTRACT Balanced production line is producing an average of all the processes, and adjust the operation load, so that as far as possible, similar to the operation time is the production process improvement and standardization of operation must be considered the most important issue.
