This article is mainly to discuss the methods to bid evaluation architectural engineering , based on the knowledge with lot inspection and in-depth research at home and abroad , for the research and summary on two methods of bid evaluation--a fixed pricing model , a engineering quantity list valuation mode respectively . We begin with the bidding in the domestic development history in China , the development trend , the purpose and significance of the study , then detailing the basic concept , development process , characteristics , the advantages and disadvantages of two valuation patterns . And then we compare with two kinds of valuation model from market development , foundation and its properties , the main body of engineering quantity , composition of the price , valuation rules , calculation program and so on . Finally , article elaborates norm valuation method and engineering list valuation method differences , analyzing the shortcomings of bidding appraisal system in our country construction project , talking about the prospects for its
