济南大学毕业论文 PAGE 20 - 毕业论文 题 目 精馏分离异丙醚 学 院 化学化工学院 专 业 化学工程与工艺 班 级 化工0801 学 生 学 号 20080207193 指导教师 二〇一 二年六月十七日 摘 要 化工厂的样品博山废醚，主要成分是异丙醚和1,2-二氯乙烷，通过气相色谱分析，原料中异丙醚的质量分数为14.4%，1,2-二氯乙烷的质量分数为72.9%，这两种组分没有共沸现象，可以通过间歇精馏分离方法进行分离。 对样品博山废醚进行精馏，分析其所含主要成分，并通过精馏方式提纯废醚，使其能够达到再利用的纯度。实验搭建了间歇精馏塔，塔节高度为1.6米，塔径26mm，通过间歇精馏实验对样品进行分离，并通过气相色谱对精馏产品进行检测。结果表明，通过间歇精馏方法可以对样品进行分离，能得到纯度大于98%的1,2-二氯乙烷产品。 精馏手段提纯废醚再利用的可行性条件，在本文中所使用精馏塔的理论塔板数为11。 关键词：异丙醚；精馏；分离提纯 ABSTRACT In this paper,chemical plant samples Boshan waste ether, the main ingredient is isopropyl ether and 1,2 - dichloroethane, by gas chromatography analysis, the raw material in the mass fraction of isopropyl ether was 14.4%, 1,2 - dichloroethanethe mass fraction of 72.9%, the two components no azeotropic batch distillation separation separation.
