毕节学院本科论文（设计） 毕节学院本科毕业论文(设计) 城镇失业的经济学分析 作者姓名：曲冬静 专业班级：经济学2009级1班 学号：01330901035 指导教师：张晓玲 摘要：城镇失业是人们普遍关注的经济和政治问题，经济增长是就业的前提，著名的奥肯定律表明了就业率与国民经济的正相关。受各方面因素的影响，经济增长并没有带来高就业。我国没有遵循这一规律，相反，高济增长没有带来高就业，带来的是高失业率。由此，从经济学的角度看，认识经济经增长率与就业率的关系，有助于了解我国当前城镇失业状况，以及我国城镇失业的原因，提出治理失业的合理对策。 关键词： 就业弹性 ; 失业状况; 因素分析 ; 对策 The analysis of the town unemployment in economics Candidate:QuDongjng Major: Economics class 1 of grade 2009 Student No.: 01330901035 Advisor: ZhangXiaoling Abstract: the urban unemployment is the economic and political issues of common concern to people， economic growth is a prerequisite for employment， the famous okuns law shows that the employment rate and the positive correlation of the national economy， the economic growth， full employment， but did not follow this rule in our country， on the contrary， high economic growth doesnt bring high employment， bring is the high unemployment rate， as a result， from the perspective of economics， expounds the relation between economic growth and employment， the factors that affect the employment elasticity， understand the western theory of unemployment， contributes to an understanding of current urban unemployment in China and analyzing the cause of our country town staff a large number of unemployed， put forward reasonable countermeasures.
